One bowl…no beaters, no mixers either! Just 1 bowl and one spoon, plus a few measuring utensils and that is it! These are different than my Chocolate Chunk Cookies. They are faster to mix together and I used a wonderful special ingredient this time: Sunflower Seed Butter!
This recipe came to me through The 30 Clean. It is a cookie allowed on their clean eating challenge! I mad a couple changes to it but it is very similar.

The texture of my One Bowl Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies is fantastic…kind of light, yet holds together beautifully. The yummy melted dark chocolate combined with that tiny sprinkle of sea salt will delight kids of all ages!Print
